Prayers and Devotions to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal |
In 1830, our Blessed Lady appeared to Catherine Laboure', a French Sister of Charity, and directed her to have a medal struck, now universally venerated as the "Miraculous Medal."
By means of this medal, God has seen fit to work many wonders for His own glory and for the salvation of souls.
The faithful are urged to make the Miraculous Medal Perpetual Novena in their respective parishes. This is one of the ways they have of showing devotion to Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal, and a means of obtaining many blessings.
