ALL of the Ecumenical Councils and their chief Doctrines are available. The complete listing of EVERY Pope, from St. Peter to the present. The Election of the Pope is also included. The Twelve Apostles including the Apostles' in Scriptures; Symbols of the Apostles' and Traditional Stories of the Apostles' deaths are also found here. The TREASURY OF MUSIC has been one of the most popular features of the Prayerbook religious site. The mix of religious music used over the years is not limited to Catholic hymns only. The reason is very simple, I like religious music irrespective of the "organized religion" that it may be prevalent in. The files shown, in .mid format, have either been a part of the Prayerbook site over the years or they are some of my personal favorites, possibly yours. 

The PRAYER SERVICES explain what a prayer service is and how to set-up and conduct the service. Examples are provided to explain the preparation required to properly prepare for the prayer service. From the theme to scripture readings to creativity to reflections and meditations. All are explained in easy to understand terms and the examples provide an insight into the possible arrangement of a prayer service.

STORIES FROM THE BIBLE, present Bible Stories for children of all ages. From an introduction to God, to Creation, Adam and Eve, the Flood, Cain and Abel; stories that may be just a faded memory brought to life in this beautiful presentation. A must for viewing with children. The Stories from the Bible, ALL nineteen (19) books, are provided in the Prayerbook CD.

The PSALMS, ALL FIVE BOOKS, offer prayers in which God Himself teaches us how to pray; written under the direct inspiration of the Holy Spirit, herein we have the answer to the question: "What prayers shall I say?" To pray the Psalms, we must make the Psalms the expression of our own personal prayer-life. Several examples are provided for that purpose. Enjoy! The entire list of Psalms, ALL 150 are provided in 5 books of Psalms. Answers to life's daily problems can be found in the Promises of the Psalms. The SAINTS, list ALL the Saints contained in the General Roman Calendar by month and date. An alphabetical listing is also provided. Also now included is Sainthood...The process of becoming a Saint.

R.C.I.A or Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is the process of discerning and ritualizing stages of gradual conversion. Initiation of adults belongs to all the baptized. The process is about a relationship over time with both God and the Catholic community. It is the Church's method of a faith journey of conversion.

ANATOMY OF A PRAYER is a detailed examination into the most perfect of prayers...The Lord's Prayer (Our Father). In it we ask, not only for all the things we can rightly desire, but also in the sequence that they should be desired. This prayer not only teaches us to ask for things, but also in what order we should desire them. Run through all the words of the holy prayers [in Scripture], and I do not think that you will find anything in them that is not contained and included in the Lord's Prayer. The Lord's Prayer "is truly the summary of the whole gospel."

ANGELS...all about angels. Who are angels? Our guardian angel; the nine choirs of angels; the seven Archangels; the presence of angels. This chapter is the place to visit for everything about angels.

THE LIFE OF CHRIST has two principal objectives: to help see Our Lord as a real person and to point out some of the lessons which we can learn from His life. The problems we face each day were not unknown to Him, and His example can be a really practical pattern for us in our efforts to fight the good fight and to keep the faith. To this end a meditation has been added at the end of each chapter, pointing out a lesson for us in the events described in the text, a lesson of charity, patience, fortitude, or humility taught us by the One Teacher, the Perfect Model.

THE PARABLES OF JESUS includes thirty-four of His most famous parables..."I will open my mouth in parables, I will announce what has lain hidden from the foundation of the world."  (Matt. 13:35) The disciples approached him and said, "Why do you speak to them in parables?" He said to them in reply, "Because knowledge of the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven has been granted to you, but to them it has not been granted. To anyone who has, more will be given and he will grow rich; from anyone who has not, even what he has will be taken away.
